Depuis 2016, la Bourgeoisie de Chandolin a initié les démarches en vue d'acquérir les dizaines de parcelles et les bâtiments délaissés des clairières de Pramin, au-dessus de Soussillon. Après 6 ans de négociations avec les nombreux copropriétaires, l'achat a été finalisé au début décembre 2022. Un projet de revitalisation des valeurs naturelles, paysagères et patrimoniales va être mis en place.
/ Patrimoine culturel
Le site de Pramin est pratiquement resté sur "pause" depuis 1960. Aucune altération notable du paysage n'a été réalisée et la région a été classée avec la forêt de Finges et le géotope de l'Illgraben dans l'inventaire des paysages, monuments et sites d'importance nationale (IFP). Malheureusement, l'absence d'utilisation a permis aux friches de progresser et les bâtiments ont subit les âffres du temps. Les richesses naturelles (faune et flore) rares ont également régressé avec cette banalisation du paysage et certaines espèces n'ont plus été observées depuis de nombreuses années.
